1. Shipping
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time (Pan‑India): Estimated 3–7 business days depending on destination and courier service.
- Tracking: A tracking link or AWB number will be shared by email/WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
- Service areas: We ship across India. Certain PIN codes may have limited service or require additional time.
- Delivery attempts: Couriers generally make up to 2 delivery attempts. Undeliverable orders may be returned to us.
2. Returns
- Return window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Opened products: Not accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Non‑returnable items: Free gifts, promotional items, and items marked “final sale”.
- Wrong/Damaged items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video; we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will verify eligibility and share the return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include the invoice.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Method: Refunds are made to the original payment mode only.
- Timeline: After approval, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
5. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process above after delivery (where eligible).
